Domenica 22 Settembre a Castelfranco Veneto si terra’ la prima edizione di “Artigianato in Centro”. L’esposizione dell’artigianalita’ locale avra’ come scenario il centro storico della citta’, con la partecipazione di 90 espositori che si dislocheranno tra le vie e le piazzette dentro le mura.

Il centro storico sara’ cosi’ animato da diversi tipi di creativita’: ferro, ceramiche, legno, saponi naturali, giochi per bambini, bambole, pelle, tessuti e per il resto a voi la scoperta.

Ed una volta qui, potrete approfittare di visitare il Duomo con la famosissima Pala del Giorgione oppure intrufolarvi dentro la Torre Civica per scoprire la mostra su “Castelfranco Citta’ d’Acqua”. E se ancora non lo conoscete, il “Museo Casa Giorgione” e’ aperto fino alle 19.00 per presentarvi l’artista di casa. Inoltre il 21 settembre il Museo inaugura LNM10, una mostra fotografica che espone foto realizzate da 10 fotografi nazionali ed internazionali. L’intento e’ stato quello di dar voce alle mura cittadine come parte integrante della comunita’ e che necessitano di interventi di restauro. Sara’ interessante vedere come vengono percepite e riproposte da occhi provenienti da realta’ diverse la relazione tra le Mura ed i suoi cittadini.

On Sunday 22nd September it will take place in Castelfranco Veneto the first edition of “Artigianato in Centro.” The charming venue of this event is the historical center of the city, with the participation of 90 exhibitors who will spread along the streets and little squares inside the defensive city walls.

The old centre will be animated by different types of creativities: iron, ceramics, wood, natural soaps, children’s games, dolls, leather, textiles, and for the rest the discovery is up to you.

Once here, you can enjoy a visit to the Duomo with its famous altarpiece by Giorgione or creep into the Civic Tower (Torre Civica) to discover the exhibition “Castelfranco Citta’ d’Acqua’. And if you still do not know it, the “Museo Casa Giorgione” is open until 19.00 to introduce to you the artist.

Besides, on 21st September the Museum opens the LNM10, a photographic exhibition which displays photos taken by 10 national and international photographers. The intent is to give voice to the city walls, in need of restoration, as an integral part of the community. It will definitely be interesting to see how the relationship between the walls and their citizens is perceived and reissued by eyes with different backgrounds.
