Lo scorso 19 ottobre, mi sono recata a Treviso per incontrare dei cari amici ed a mia insaputa sono incappata in Piazza Pola, dove si teneva il mercatino “Artigianato in Piazza”. Un piccolo agglomerato di bancarelle che pero’ da subito hanno attirato la mia attenzione per l’originalita’ e ottima manifattura degli oggetti proposti. Ricordo di essermi fermata ad ammirare delle casette fatte con il legno riciclato delle barche, semplicemente fantastiche.
Un po’ per caso sono entrata in contatto con gli organizzatori di questo piccolo gioiello in centro a Treviso, constatando tutte le difficolta’ che devono affrontare per poter portare avanti questo grazioso evento, che si tiene ogni terzo sabato del mese in Piazza Pola.
Innanzitutto andate a vedere con i vostro occhi queste creazioni, che in periodo natalizio possono rivelarsi dei regali originali e ricercati, aiutando allo stesso tempo gli artisti locali.
Prodotti fatti a mano di alta qualita’, un’esposizione di creativita’ e tanta fantasia, il tutto modellato da mani abili. Borse impreziosite da cravatte riciclate, bassorilievi in legno, dimostrazione di tessitura a telaio. Non vi resta altro che tenervi liberi per sabato 16 novembre ed andare a vedere con i vostri occhi “Artigiantato in Piazza”.

Last 19th October, I went to Treviso to meet some dear friends and unbeknownst to me I stumbled upon Piazza Pola, where it was held the market “Artigianato in Piazza” Handcrafts in the Piazza. A small cluster of stalls which immediately drew my attention to the originality and excellent workmanship of the offered goods. I remember I stopped staring to the little houses made from recycled boats wood, just fantastic .
Even by chance I came into contact with the organizers of this little treasure in the centre of Treviso, noting all the difficulties they’ve faced in order to carry on this little event, which is held every third Saturday of the month in Piazza Pola.
I highly recommend you to go and see with your own eyes these creations and as we are approaching Christmas time, you may find original and unique gifts. On the other hand this is a way to support the local artists.
High quality handmade products, a showcase of creativity and lots of imagination, all shaped by skilled hands. Bags decorated with recycled ties, wooden bas reliefs, demonstration of weaving loom. There is nothing left to keep you free on Saturday 16th November and have a look with your own eyes “Artigianato in the Piazza.”
